What can I realistically earn as an ADI?
This is a hugely important question with many answers. In my 20 years as a driver trainer I have strived to be the best I can be. I have continuously developed my skills which has afforded me many opportunities.
Build a good reputation built on excellent customer care and pass rates, business skills and knowledge etc. Taking all these and more factors into account there is a potential to earn well in excess of £25,000 per annum.
Is there much studying involved?
There is some study involved, however, this is simply refreshing the knowledge and skills you already have. You will be coached and supported throughout your entire course. You will see, when your training starts, that the majority of the coaching is made up of Q and A, and I will prove that you already have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
What are benefits of sitting in the back and observing training?
This is of huge benefit, as this reinforces the development which has taken place in the front seat, and even more so with Inspire, as there is no charge. Most other training providers will, as part of their package, offer 40 hours in-car Part 3 training, however, 20 of these hours will be sat in the back of a car observing. You should ensure that you are given 40 hours in the front. For those of you who are already preparing for Part 3 you will know that feeling just before you get into the front seat for your turn! "You only learn when you are on stage, not in the audience watching!"
Will all my ADI training be on a one-to-one basis?
At Inspire it is our strong belief that one-to-one training is the best way. All your training will be on a one-to-one basis and any observation sessions, at present, will be free of charge.
Has Inspire got a good pass rate?
Inspire has one of the best pass rates in the industry. Individual pass rates can be given on request.
