Hi Dean, my name is Chris Hudson, I am a Driver Trainer and "L" ADI.  We spoke briefly at Telford's Garage, Carlisle last Wednesday evening (23/04/08).  I simply have to inform you that I considered you whole presentation to be excellent, in terms of content, communication, interest and sheer professionalism.  I know that my views are widely amongst other members of Carlisle ADI Association.  I have attended numerous driver trainer presentations/talks and found them to be mostly dull and with little benefit gained.  How refreshing it was to listen to someone who actually knew what they were talking about and backed it up with evidence.

I was a police sergeant in charge of Cumbria Police Driver Training until a little over two years ago and I have given countless presentations myself to numerous bodies and organisations and therefore feel somewhat qualified to make comment and give you feedback.  I have no doubt, if I thought your performance was poor then I would state that.

The only comment of a slightly negative nature would be that due to the seating layout, I found it difficult to see your display board and could not identify which courses you were referring and pointing to towards the end.  Perhaps next time the display board could be elevated in order to accommodate people sitting more than two rows back. Otherwise brilliant: informative, innovative and delivered with passion and sincerity.

I am interested in your Ordit Train the Trainer course and look forward to meeting you soon to discuss a start date.

I have just completed a Fleet Training course with Dean Henson of Inspire.Dean delivered the course in a focused,systematic and logical order,working hard to build confidence and knowledge in equal measure.he was professional,patient and friendly at all times and his advice and training throughout the coursewas excellent,making the course both an enjoyable and successful experience.
